Boaz Shalem, married +3, started his career in the capital market in 2000 as a Pension Planner in leading companies. Boaz Joined Pioneer in 2018. Before that, he worked at Dash Securities & Investments for a decade and accompanied its growth from a young and small company to its merger with Meitav. During that time, Boaz looked after the portfolios of wealthy families and institutional clients and supervised hundreds of millions of shekels.

Boaz holds a BA in Psychology with a specialization in Management from the Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yezreel, an Investment Marketing license from the Israel Securities Authority and a Pension Insurance Agent license from the Ministry of Finance.
