He started his career in the financial field at Pioneer in 1992, where he worked until 2003. After that, he founded and managed a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) Firm in the USA.

Since 2009, after returning to Israel, he has served for 14 years in various positions at FIBI. He was a member of the Ubank executive board and was responsible for managing the private banking operation. For the last 8 years, after the merger of Ubank into FIBI, he served as the manager of Ubank, FIBI's platinum private banking, and Ubank Tech. Under Avigdor's leadership, Ubank became a leading private bank advising family wealth in Israel.
