Yael joined Pioneer in 2006 and since then has held several positions. In 2012, she joined the Local Market Investment Team, where she is currently analyzing and managing shekel portfolios, supervising the trading room, preparing investment proposals, and participating in Pioneer's investment committees.

Yael has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Derby and a portfolio management license from the Israel Securities Authority.

Yael is qualified as a family economy advisor. She is also active in the Women’s Spirit Association (Ru'ach Nashit) as a financial mentor for abused women who wish to achieve economic independence.
